As I matured, I got clear on what I wanted, I healed old hurts and learned how to create healthy boundaries. I made tough choices about what I would and wouldn’t accept in my life and for my life.
I chose self-empowerment over victimhood. And I decided that enough was enough and that I had to change.
Ever since having my girls, I’d suffered from insomnia and SAD (seasonal affective disorder). However, as they got older, my health continued to deteriorate. I was always sick in bed with the flu or cold, I felt fatigued all the time and I had such bad brain fog that...
My friends all said that what I was experiencing was a ‘normal’ part of getting older and being busy. It wasn’t until my daughter began to suffer from anxiety, that I began to research brain health.
Absorbing everything that I could about brain health, I began implementing new strategies that helped me take control of our physical and mental health.
